Delete your data

Open Oruvi on the browser or device where you chatted. Select Settings → Delete all my data → Delete. This removes your conversations, reports, consent records, and anonymous account from the active database.

You can also delete a single conversation using the delete button at the top of that conversation. If you cannot access your session, contact support. Because we do not ask for an email or name, we may be unable to locate your records without the original session.
